Lakeview villa is a comfortable family house sleeping six. This beautiful lakeside villa is set in a quiet community close to a conservation area. It has easy access to the Walt Disney World resort with its many attractions and it is accessible to Universal Orlando and Seaworld. There is horse-riding on a ranch nearby and many golf courses within a short drive.

The patio doors from your lounge lead onto a south facing private pool which can be heated in the cooler months if required. Just beyond the pool deck is the lake. Here you can spend quiet evenings fishing. The lake is stocked with bass and catfish. Occasionally an aligator has been known to surface!

It is only a few minutes drive to the nearby town of Poinciana, where you will find a selection of restaurants, drug stores, supermarkets (including a new Walmart) and take-out venues. The popular Highway 192 and historic "Old town" is also ten minutes drive. Orlando airport is within 25 minutes drive.

The community is patrolled for your security and there are several play areas for children. The property is managed by a local company who are based in Crescent lakes so they really are on hand if you need asistance or advice during your stay.
